ORIGINAL UNIVERSE.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 1.
After the Assassin known as Jack the Ripper begins terrorizing the unknowing humans living in the city where the Holy Grail War is held, Ruler announces a ceasefire among the remaining Servants so that they might bring her down. Fate/Apocrypha.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 2.
Instead of her younger sister, Rin was given to the Matou family. Her stubborn and selfish desires create a darker version of the Fifth Holy Grail War with little mercy shown towards others. Fate/Stay Night HF.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 3.
Ayaka Sajyou takes the place of Shirou Emiya, Misaya Reiroukan takes the place of Rin Tohsaka, and Saber is Male. Lancer's Master was Misaya, who died and became a zombie that he had to kill. Fate/Prototype.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 4.
Kariya wins the Fourth War and attempts unsuccessfully to avert the Fifth. Sakura is returned to the Tohsakas, and Kotomine Kirei raises Shirou. The Kotomine and Matou households observe an uneasy alliance.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 5.
In which Saber kills Shirou in order to obtain the Holy Grail and becomes a Counter Guardian as a result.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 6.
Servant-swapping AU where Waver summoned Lancer in the Fourth Holy Grail War.
ALTERNATE UNIVERSE 7.
An AU where magecraft has deteriorated greatly and Heroic Spirits can reincarnate as modern day people. The El-Melloi family, composed of Kayneth and Sola and their children Diarmuid and Waver, live in Fuyuki. Sensha Otoko.

The fates of Kirei and his wife are reversed. He dies, leaving Claudia to receive the Command Seals and participate in the Fourth Holy Grail War in his place.
